Well over 200 cities and townships and 10 counties exist within the jurisdiction of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities. BATC engages council members, city staff, and other key stakeholders in the housing and development process. While there are natural areas of disagreement, there are many fronts where all parties can work together to achieve a better, more equitable regulatory framework.
