All entries were due at the BATC office via mail or delivery by deadline (June 16th, 2008) and must have included:
- One completed entry form for each entry
- (New Development entries have different forms)
- Entry fee of $2,250 for each entry (one check is OK, made payable to BATC)
- Signed Participation Agreement
- A blueprint of each entry’s front elevation (do not supply a blueprint if you are reusing an elevation from a previous event or you will be providing your own camera-ready art)
- A copy of the Hudson or Kings map page, or other good, legible map, with your entry location noted for all new entries
- A copy of your current Minnesota residential contractor license
- A certificate of liability insurance with coverage through October 5, 2008
- Remember to label each page you submit with your company name and entry address
Important dates to remember for the Fall ShowcaseSM:
Wednesday, May 21:
Original Entry Deadline.
Thursday, May 29:
Late entry deadline – $100 per day maximum five day/$500 penalty.
Thursday, June 12:
First proofs mailed to builders.
Monday, June 16:
EXTENDED Entry Deadline with NO LATE FEE.
Thursday, June 19:
First proofs must be returned to the BATC.
Last date to pull a home (entry fee less $100 returned). Written notification must be received by the BATC office on or before this date.
Last chance to substitute or move entries more than one mile (must submit $100 with new entry form, Hudson or King map photocopy, and blueprint to the BATC).
Tuesday, July 1:
Builder-submitted camera-ready art due.
Tuesday, July 8:
Final proofs mailed to builders.
Tuesday, July 15:
Final proofs must be returned to the BATC.
Last chance to substitute or move entries less than one mile, but within the same city (must submit $100 with new entry form, Hudson or King Map photocopy and blueprint to the BATC). If your site is not represented in the Hudson or Kings map books, please submit SOME SORT OF MAP — city, county, MNDOT, etc.
Final price-change deadline.
Last date to banner a home “Not Available for Showing”. Written notification due to BATC on or before this date. Must provide evidence of an approved building permit.

Days and hours: All entries must be open and staffed Thursday/Friday, 3 - 7 pm & Saturday/Sunday, 12 noon - 6 pm
Monday, October 6:
Directional signs must be removed by 5pm.
Friday, October 17:
Directional signs must be returned to the BATC office on or before this date.
Rules violations:
Remember that the Parade of HomesSM are the most valuable asset we have, and the rules you have agreed to abide by are in place to ensure its continued success.
