Important dates to remember:

• Wednesday, February 13: Entry Deadline.
  
• Monday, February 25: Late entry deadline – $25 per day maximum $100 penalty.
  • Last date to pull a home (entry fee less $100 returned).
  Written notification must be received by the BATC office on or before this date.
  
• Thursday, February 28: Builder-submitted camera-ready art due IF YOU WANT TO SEE IT ON YOUR PROOF.
• Wednesday, March 5: One-and-only proof mailed or emailed to builders.
  
• Wednesday, March 12:
  • One-and-only proof must be returned to the BATC.
  • Last date to banner entry "Not Available for Showing." Written notification due to BATC on or before this date. Must provide evidence of approved building permit.
  • Last chance to substitute or move entries LESS THAN one mile (must submit $100 with new entry form, Hudson’s or King’s map photocopy, and blueprint to the BATC).
  • Final price-change deadline.
• Wednesday, March 26: Builder-submitted camera-ready art due DROPDEAD DEADLINE.
  
• April 26 – May 18:

  Days and hours: Thursday & Friday 3 - 7pm; Saturday & Sunday
  12 noon - 6pm
  
• Monday, May 19: Directional signs must be removed by 5pm
  
• Friday, May 30: Directional signs must be returned to the BATC office on or before this date.
