    BATC U offers courses approved for Minnesota Continuing Education Credits to meet all of your builder licensing requirements each year. A wide variety of classes are held January through March.

  • Real Estate Continuing Education
    Licensed real estate agents can earn all their annual credits at BATC's two-day, accredited courses held in April. They may also obtain credits through many of our NAHB Designation courses.

  • National Designation Courses
    BATC periodically offers courses to meet designation requirements through NAHB. Those that carry professional designations through NAHB are nationally-recognized experts in their field.

    Designations BATC offers include:
    • CGB, CGR and CGA courses (Certified Graduate Builder, Remodeler and Associate)
    • CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist)
    • CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional)
    • MCSP (Master Certified New Home Sales Professional)

    • MIRM (Member Institute of Residential Marketing)
    • CAASH (Certified Active Adult specialist in Housing)
