We’re excited to introduce our new, online, year-round open house directory, Parade of HomesSM OnTour. Visitors to www.paradeofhomes.org can now search for homes to tour between Parade of HomesSM events.

New Listings: $250.00 for each Parade of HomesSM cycle
(October 5, 2009 through February 12, 2010, etc.)

Introductory Offer: Builders who enter the Parade of HomesSM tours get one free OnTour listing for every home they enter in the tour for the following cycle.

We currently get an average of 46,000 unique visits to www.paradeofhomes.org during non-Parade of HomesSM months, and we expect this to climb as people learn of this new resource.
