2007 Trillum AwardsSM
The 18th Annual Trillium AwardsSM, recognizing the highest quality achievement in the local building industry, were presented to 31 builders and 63 of their vendors and suppliers at a gala awards banquet held on May 17th at The Depot in downtown Minneapolis. Trillium AwardsSM honor the partnership between builder and the companies that supply products and services to create excellence in new-home construction.
The 2007 Trillium AwardsSM recognize excellence in four overall categories: Best Exterior, Best Interior, Best Kitchen and Best Bath. Each home entered in the Trillium AwardsSM competition was judged by a panel of building industry peers.
The four overall categories were divided into 53 sub-categories by price range. A total of 65 builders with 102 homes, and 113 associate members (those sub-contractors and vendors who provided the products and services to builders) participated in the competition. All 2007 TrilliumSM entries were homes featured in and judged during the Parade of Homes Spring PreviewSM that was held February 10 through March 18, 2007.
