2008 Sales & Marketing Awards

Without great sales people many of us would be out of business! Now we’re ensuring your top people will receive the honor they deserve with our new Sales Person of the Year Awards. Three awards (Best New Home Sales Person, Best Rookie New Home Sales Person, and Best Associate Member Sales Person) will be presented to recognize top efforts in the sales arena. Winners will be selected by a combination of local and national Sales & Marketing talent, and based upon sales quality (not necessarily quantity). Each entrant will be required to have a sponsor who writes a short (150 word) explanation about why this sales person should receive the honor. What’s more, we’ll assist the two New Home Sales category winners to enter in the National Association of Home Builders competition (The Nationals) and show off their success at the regional and national level.
We know our members do incredible marketing so we’re adding two categories that every member can take advantage of: Best Brochure and Best Website. We’re creating three brochure categories: Best Associate Member Corporate Brochure, Best Builder or Remodeler Corporate Brochure, and Best New Home Community Brochure. And two website categories, Best Associate Member Website and Best Builder/Remodeler Member Website.
