Builder of the Year, Remodeler of the Year
and Associate of the Year

The Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) awarded its most prestigious honor to three of its members at their membership meeting held at the Sheraton Blomington on Tuesday, January 22nd. The three winning companies were Kathy Trimble Custom Homes, Inc. (Builder of the Year); College City Remodeling, Inc. (Remodeler of the Year); and Designed Cabinets, Inc. (Associate of the Year). This honor recognizes the companies that demonstrate the highest level of professionalism in their businesses.

The Builder, Remodeler and Associate of the Year awards are based upon evaluations of trust, communication, loyalty, and ethics in business dealings between BATC member companies. Each applicant provides a list of up to 25 member companies with which they do business. An in-depth judging form rating trust, communications, loyalty and ethics was then sent to each listed company to complete. Judging forms were returned and scored by tallying raw scores, weighted to the response rate of the evaluating companies.

“The Builder of the Year, Remodeler of the Year, and Associate of the Year are the most prestigious awards members of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities can receive,“ said Michael Noonan, 2007 president of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities and division president of Toll Brothers. “Being held in such high-regard from the companies and people you deal with every day is a very real source of pride and satisfaction for any business owner.”
