Builder of the Year, Remodeler of the Year
and Associate of the Year
The Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) awarded its most prestigious honor to three of its members at their membership meeting held on February 5th. The three winning companies were John Kraemer & Sons, Inc. (Builder of the Year); Flynn Construction, Inc. (Remodeler of the Year); and Automatic Door and Fireplaces (Associate of the Year). This honor recognizes the companies that demonstrate the highest level of professionalism in their businesses.
The Builder, Remodeler and Associate of the Year awards are based upon evaluations of trust, communication, loyalty, and ethics in business dealings between BATC member companies. Each member provides a list of up to 25 member companies with which they do business to receive an in-depth judging form. Returned judging forms were scored by tallying raw scores weighted to the response rate of the evaluating companies.
“Earning high esteem from the people you deal with on a day-to-day basis is a very real source of pride and satisfaction for any business owner," said Mike Swanson, 2009 president of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities and vice president of Rottlund Homes. "The winners of our Builder of the Year, Remodeler of the Year, and Associate of the Year can be very proud. They know they have received the most significant honor a member of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities can receive.”
