Builder of the Year, Remodeler of the Year
and Associate of the Year

The Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) awarded its most prestigious honor to three of its members at their membership meeting held on February 4th. The three winning companies were Swanson Homes (Builder of the Year); Destiny Homes, Inc. (Remodeler of the Year); and Ulteig Engineers (Associate of the Year). These honors recognizes the companies that demonstrate the highest level of professionalism in their businesses.

The Builder, Remodeler and Associate of the Year awards are based upon evaluations of trust, communications, loyalty and ethics in business dealings between BATC member companies. Each member provides a list of up to 25 companies with which they do business to receive an in-depth judging form. Returned judging forms were scored by tallying raw scores weighted to the response rate of the evaluating companies.

“These awards are exceptional honors, and these winners can be very proud,” said Gary Aulik, 2010 president of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities and owner of Aulik & Associates. “Our Builder of the Year, Remodeler of the Year, and Associate of the Year have each demonstrated the highest level of professionalism as judged by the people with which they do business.”
