50+ Housing Council

The 50+ Housing Council presented “Demographic Trends in the Twin Cities”; speaker was Hazel Reinhardt from Hazel Reinhardt Consulting Services. Hazel spoke on demographic trends, especially the aging of the population and what that may mean for housing. In Minnesota, and the Twin Cities Metro Area, while the population ages (all those baby boomers), the growth in the number of 20-34 year-olds is projected to be very small.
